Sweetheart neckline with signature hand beading protected under a layer of tulle. Dreamy Juliet sleeves that are shirred at the end can be puffed up or straightened, worn on or off the shoulders. Pretty and delicate twirl-worthy skirt with a ruffled out tulle layer.

• 1/2: 20” chest, 18” waist, 19” shoulder to hem 
• 3/4: 21” chest, 19” waist, 21” shoulder to hem
• 5/6: 22” chest, 20” waist, 23” shoulder to hem
• 7/8: 24” chest, 21” waist, 25” shoulder to hem
• 9/10: 24.5” chest, 22” waist, 27” shoulder to hem
• 11/12: 25” chest, 23” waist, 29” shoulder to hem

Fit note: if your child is in between sizes please size up! Dress is a bit snug although it does have a stretch panel on the back for room to grow! Sleeves have elastic both at shoulders and forearms
